Refund Policy

Glance offers a 14-day full trial with no payment method, so you can evaluate it before paying. Every purchase is a one-time payment; nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

Credits for failed Widget tasks
These refunds are automatic and in credits, not money: a task that fails on our side, exceeds 3 processing attempts, waits more than 30 minutes in the queue, or that you cancel before processing starts gets all its credits back. Cancelling after processing has started is not refunded. If a result is unusable, email us and we will review it.
How to request a refund
- Email support@mcreator.ai from your account email with the order number and, optionally, the reason.
- We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Pancake by Waffo to the original payment method.
- Pro access or credits are removed only after the payment provider confirms the refund. If the refund fails, nothing changes on your account and we contact you.
Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before opening a chargeback; chargebacks on valid charges may lead to account suspension under the Terms.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Glance 提供 14 天全功能试用，不需要绑定支付方式，你可以先评估再付款。所有购买都是一次性付款，不会自动续费，因此也不存在取消订阅。

失败任务退点
以下情况自动退回点数（退点数，不退钱）：系统原因失败、超过 3 次处理尝试、排队超过 30 分钟、或你在开始处理前取消。开始处理后主动取消不退点。如结果无法使用，请发邮件给我们，我们会人工审核。
如何申请退款
- 用账户邮箱发邮件到 support@mcreator.ai，附上订单号，可选填写原因。
- 我们会在 2 个工作日内回复。审核通过的退款由 Pancake by Waffo 原路退回。
- 只有在支付渠道确认退款成功后，才会撤销 Pro 或收回点数。如退款失败，账户保持不变，我们会联系你。
银行通常在 5 到 10 个工作日内显示退款。发起拒付前请先联系我们；依照服务条款，对有效扣款发起拒付可能导致账户被暂停。
法定权利
本政策不限制你依所在地消费者保护法享有的退款或撤回权利。
